Hi my name is Revah. I'm a Final Fantasy Interior Designer and housing Enthusiast. I love working with people to make their dream homes come true. I am stationed in Balmung but am able to travel to all worlds.My building style is highly glitch-intensive which sometimes means spaces will be blocked off and unused. This will be discussed with the Client.My specialty is Minimalistic modern but my builds consist of a wide variety of all kinds of different themes associated to you and your character. All prices are subject to change as these prices are for build only. Designs that require a lot of glitching (lofting furnishings, ect) are more expensive than those that require fewer. Furnishings are to be provided by owner. After building and giving you a house tour l will provide you with a list of furniture that ill need in order to complete the build.I require a %50 payment upfront once we agree on a desired build and aesthetic, and the other %50 once the job is done.**Please note that before renovating I will be consulting with you to better understand you and your desired aesthetic. I will be asking for a couple reference photos and also provide you with a price quote.

Questions & Extra Details

-How long does it typically take to complete a remodel?

Small : 2-3 weeks
Medium : 3-4 weeks
Large : 4-6 weeksIt usually takes me about 40-50 hours to renovate a small home. the time it takes will vary depending on IRL. Most often than not I am finished with renovations early and are subject to change. These times are just rough estimates. For instance your small home could take 2 days or the full 3 weeks estimated. Some builds are more intricate than others and IRL stuff does happen from time to time.

How much does it usually cost to furnish a home?

Small : 10-25 mil
Medium : 15-30 mil
Large : 25-40 milThis price will vary dramatically depending on the aesthetic of your choosing and the more expensive furnishings and dyes. You can expect to spend A LOT less if you already have furnishings.

Consulting?

Renovating your home takes a lot of collaborating and with that your time. After all this is your lovely space to call home, or bakery, or bar. Whatever floats ur boat! (: With that being said i will be frequently checking in with you during the process to make sure everything goes smoothly and your build is within your visions reach. I want to make sure you love the finished product.Things worth noting that i may bring up as a topic of conversation include..[1] Style, Theme, and color scheme

what if i dont like a build?

PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! Let me know if you don't like something about how i'm designing your home. Im happy to change anything or move anything to any desired location. As stated above i will be periodically checking in with you so that we can both be on the same page with your vision.
